Job Title: Part Time Sales Assistant Oakbrook, IL

Michael Kors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Oakbrook, IL. As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in creating a welcoming and organized shopping environment for customers
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and perform stock checks for customers and sales associates
  • Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
Customer Service:
  • Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner, setting the tone for a positive shopping experience
  • Interact with customers as they enter the store, responding to their questions and needs promptly and accurately
  • Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience
  • Assist sales associates in resolving customer complaints and issues as needed
Operations:
  • Keep the sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked, maintaining a high level of visual appeal
  • Unpack, hang/fold merchandise, and secure security tags as needed
  • Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Adhere to work schedule, including time and attendance, and comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
