As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing front desk operations.
- Supervise and train front office team members to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality performance.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest requests, including room assignments, key card issuance, and other front desk functions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
