About the Role
The Grounds Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our grounds staff, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cemetery's maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the work of the grounds staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit and manage performance, and when necessary, discharge grounds staff.
- Verify that the locations of all interments, entombments or inurnments are accurate.
- Maintain existing memorials and crypts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred.
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license in Puerto Rico.
