Green Spaces Maintenance Manager

Cementerio La Resurreccion seeks a skilled Green Spaces Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grounds staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, organization, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in grounds maintenance and facilities management. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate for this role.

• Organize and supervise the work of the grounds staff on a daily basis, including laying out grave sites, preparing them for burials, setting memorials and markers, and performing lawn maintenance tasks.
• Recruit, manage performance, and when necessary, discharge grounds staff members.
• Fill any role required in the grounds keeping or facilities maintenance function as needed.
• Verify that interment locations are accurate and ensure that sites are prepared for services as expected by client families.
• Maintain existing memorials and crypts, and train and supervise grounds crew members.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver's license from Puerto Rico.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Cementerio La Resurreccion offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
