Job Overview

As a skilled Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and work closely with our veterinary team to deliver a phenomenal experience to both parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate member appointments and work closely with technology
  • Act as a liaison between our in-clinic team and clients
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness and stay active, including moving and lifting packages of varying weight
  • Partner with our marketing team to implement local marketing efforts
  • Represent Modern Animal at community events and act as a brand ambassador
