At Building Kidz Of Arizona, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Potty Training Pro & Threes Teacher to join our team. As a Potty Training Pro & Threes Educator, you will play a vital role in guiding our two and three-year-old students through the potty training journey with patience, encouragement, and positivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide students through the potty training process with a nurturing and engaging approach
  • Develop and implement fun and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Partner with parents to support continuity between home and school during this exciting milestone
  • Foster a sense of independence, confidence, and self-esteem in each child as they conquer this milestone

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with threes and expertise in potty-training techniques
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and students
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to navigate the ups and downs of potty-training
