Job Responsibilities
The Tax Lawyer Consultant will handle disputes related to tax obligations, provide guidance on commercial real estate purchases or other asset purchases affecting a company's taxes, and advise on financial or tax implications of business mergers, sales, and acquisitions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a Juris Doctor degree, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is also required.
