Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Demonstrate bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Achieve 40 words typing per minute minimum
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) efficiently
  • Work a schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Be available to work overtime as needed
  • Ensure reliable transportation
