We are a leading property management company in Phoenix, seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our single-family homes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our residents and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
  • Establish rental rates by surveying local market rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
  • Monitor new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to increase company growth.
  • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, and accounts payable.
Requirements:
  • A strong moral-ethical foundation and integrity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Professional appearance and ability to work hard.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently and follow our proven process.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
