We are seeking highly skilled Tax Experts to join our team and help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. As a Tax Expert, you will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, working toward our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World. You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This role involves interacting with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records, utilizing our state-of-the-art video communication software. If you have an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) and strong tax preparation experience, we encourage you to apply.
