Talent Acquisition Manager

Clinical Medical Services leading provider in DME & Integrated Home Health Services in Puerto Rico is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, enhancing our employer brand within our industry and develop and implement an affirmative action plan. You will be collaborating closely with managers to ensure we meet workforce needs while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about attracting top talent to help us meet our organizational goals.

Requisitos:

•BA Human Resources or equivalent, master degree preferred.

•Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition or related.

•Strong understanding of recruitment processes and systems, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent sourcing tools.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates, managers, and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the recruitment process.

•Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

•Ability to conduct detailed job requirement analysis to attract qualified candidates.

•Deep knowledge of labor legislation, ensuring the company's recruitment processes align with local & federal legal requirements.
