Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial forecasts and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct cost analysis and develop financial models to support business performance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software (ERP systems and JD Edwards).
  • Fully bilingual.
