We are a leading veterinary care provider seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee our daily operations as a Veterinary Operations Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring top-notch patient care, maintaining high standards of excellence in all clinical procedures, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the veterinary technician team.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow and coverage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Patient Care:
  • Oversee and assist with the preparation, monitoring, and recovery of animals during surgical and medical procedures.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians.
  • Ensure accurate patient records and proper documentation of procedures.
• Clinic Operations:
  • Maintain and manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels.
  • Assist in developing and updating clinic protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in all areas of the clinic.
• Client Interaction:
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care, preventive care, and medication administration.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Emergency Care:
  • Provide immediate and effective support in emergency situations.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a veterinary care setting.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of animal health and welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
