About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Psi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and developing a content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality
  • Manage and moderate user-generated content across multiple platforms
  • Analyze social data and metrics to inform future marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media specialist roles
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
