Job Title: Sourcing Manager

At Jobleads-Us, we're seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll play a vital role in supporting project managers and lead procurement managers for US projects with daily procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing process, including market analysis, tender process, negotiations, implementation, and contract management.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the realization and optimization of commercial value.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to oversee the end-to-end sourcing process and track and negotiate changes to contracts with key suppliers.
  • Proactively handle commercial issues arising from contracts, including issues related to supplier performance and contract interpretation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
  • Experience in the marine, construction, energy, or environmental industry and with tendering, negotiating, and/or managing contracts is preferred.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to communicate professionally with key business partners.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a large matrixed organization.
