Electronic Record Specialist

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As an Electronic Record Specialist with Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC, you will participate in IDS/TSMS team meetings to provide input on project timeline considerations, activities, escalations, and status of assigned tasks. You will evaluate paper forms, process and equipment cleaning instructions, and logbooks to convert into electronic records. Your responsibilities will also include assessing work centers used in production areas and equipment capability, serving as a Subject Matter Expert to help recipe authors construct documentation, revising and approving configuration documents, participating in the revision of flow charts of documentation records related to manufacturing stages and steps, leading and/or participating in triage activities to assess change control requirements, issuing change control and presenting it to the Change Control Board for approval, reviewing documentation associated with PMX production procedures, executing test scripts, identifying test script errors, correcting test script errors, and issuing stabilization forms after transitioning from paper records to electronic records.
