Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team at Protalents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install new HVAC systems and components, including pumps, pipes, insulation, chillers, AC units, DX units, coils, thermostats, ducts, diffusers, AHUs, fans, electric motors, VFDs, PCA units, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing HVAC systems and components, identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems and components, performing scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Refrigeration Technician License preferred.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Full availability (Monday-Sunday) to meet the demands of a fast-paced industry.
  • Certificate of Penal Record required for background check purposes.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $82,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
