Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in tracking and following up with clients, maintaining an 80% follow-up rate. This role is also responsible for the administration of admissions, discharge, and follow-up assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electronic Record Control: Enter knowledge assessments and other project data into the computer system.
- Assist Project Supervisors or Project Coordinators with quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a social service field.
- Fully bilingual, fluent in English.
- At least one year of experience collecting and entering data.
- One year of experience working with substance using and/or mental health clients.
- Excellent language and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized work habits.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
