Job Summary

As a Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.

You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Participate in sales and customer service initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
