Project Director

We are seeking a talented Sr Project Manager to oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between project teams and organizations, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Manage all project aspects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
  
• Manage competing timelines, prioritize critical tasks, and establish project standards for work quality and quantity.
  
• Assess project issues, develop solutions, and meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  
• Research issues, provide recommendations, and maintain document archives to assist in technical, financial, and organizational matters.
  
• Manage and track project budget(s) and negotiate resource usage.
  
• Identify and anticipate schedule slips or changes, analyzing costs and resource impact.
  
• Develop and implement tools, techniques, and processes to enable informed decision-making within teams.
  
• Actively participate in directing the evolution and defining the role of the project.
  
• Ensure project goals and objectives are well understood by various functional areas.
  
• Liaise with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, sub or satellite team leaders, and members to obtain input and feedback on project benefits, needs, and issues.
  
• Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
  
• Recommend and develop operational or process improvements for the performance and successful functioning of the project team.
  
• Provide project management support to senior management and department heads as needed.
  
• May manage and direct project support staff.
  
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide career counseling and general guidance.
  
• Identify or lead focus area projects within the overall function of project management or related projects.
  
• Generate periodic updates and prepare formal presentations for required forums.
  
• Generate individual and complex reports utilizing various resources.
  
• Ensure project work complies with domestic and international regulatory requirements and approved guidelines relevant to the area of responsibility.
  
• Ensure project work complies with practices, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  
• Participate in required meetings, activities, and related projects and relevant interdepartmental activities.
  
• Anticipate resource needs and communicate to management sponsors.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Project Management experience.
  
• Shift: 8hrs | first shift.
  
• Pharmaceutical Experience.
  
• GMP's.
  
• Validation System Life Cycle Methodology.
  
• CMMS Maximo.
  
• Knowledge in P&ID's and Electrical Schematics.
  
• SMARTSHEETS Exp. Preferable, Microsoft Office.
  
• Experience with Change Controls, CAPA's and Deviations Management.
  
• Knowledge in Automation Preferable.
  
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
