Job Description:
Integrated Services For Productivity & Validation, Inc is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to optimize business performance and efficiency in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Assessment & Analysis, Manufacturing industry and Project Management.
• Possess proficiency in Kinaxis - Rapid Response, SAP, Tableau, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Office programs, with strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Develop training materials to standardize planning / capacity management processes and analyze, consolidate, and report supply plan to management, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements:
• Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of directly related experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Material Management, Science and/or Engineering is highly preferred.
