Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Accounting Manager/Controller to join our team at Fulcro Talent Acquisition.
The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing strategic financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising and coordinating all activities related to general accounting.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Managing the accounting close process and reporting to senior management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in a management role overseeing the full accounting cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced skills in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (Sage 50, Excel, and ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
