We are seeking an experienced Director, Product Operations to lead our growing operations team in the Product organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, executing initiatives that support the product strategy, and developing a positive work culture that breeds collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product management, user experience, engineering, and other stakeholders to reinforce and execute initiatives that support the product strategy.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by enhancing or establishing business systems and processes.
- Conduct regular analyses of operational landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Determine and support resourcing requirements to meet business goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years managing operations managers and/or data/business analysts.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive planning and execution of practice and product strategies.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
- Relentless collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization.
- Unflappable enthusiasm, with the ability to cultivate an environment where continuous learning and disciplined risk-taking are supported and encouraged.
