At Intuit, we're seeking a skilled Tax Consultant to help our customers navigate the complexities of taxation. As a Tax Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, and managing product/software inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to customers
  • Prepare and review tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products
  • Manage product/software inquiries and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the team to advance our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
