Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Puerto Rico. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and promote our financial solutions.

• Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
• Provides exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their bank transactions such as receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying amounts, and examining checks for endorsements.
• Promotes cross-selling of our products and services, including traveler's checks, money orders, and cashier's checks.
• Accepts utility bills and loan payments, completing all transactions according to banking regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or 24 credits approved
• Two years of experience in customer services, sales, cash handling, or related experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Physical effort: Able to lift up to 50 pounds bags of coins
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in groups
• Communication skills in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and travel if necessary

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Puerto Rico. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
