Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team in Ponce, Puerto Rico. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for locating and notifying customers with delinquent accounts, attempting to secure payment, and providing orientation to customers concerning payment alternatives and debt restructuring.

• Contact customers by phone to encourage and secure payment of delinquent accounts.
• Dialogue with customers to determine the reason for overdue payment and review terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
• Provides orientation to customers concerning payment alternatives, debt restructuring, and obtaining a payment promise.
• Folllow up on payment promises and receive payments, posting amounts paid to customer accounts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of related experience in collections or customer service.
• Ability to identify client problems and offer different solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in groups.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
