Hope House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to provide quality care and support to our clients. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and health-related tasks.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and report client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid ID, passport, social security card, or work permit required.
- Ability to pass a physical exam and obtain a medical waiver if necessary.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, and be available for on-call shifts.
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $18.00.
