Automation Expert

Quality Consulting Group, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions that meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with automation systems and supporting the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role requires expertise in integrating equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, advance automation skills, and knowledge of manufacturing execution systems.

• Work with automation systems and support the implementation of MES.">
• Integrate new and/or existing manufacturing equipment to retrieve data using MTC's standard equipment integration architecture and software such as Ignition and Kepware.">
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and develop those techniques including the measurement systems.">
• Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.">
• Manage supplier change requests.">
• Testing of new equipment/automation.">

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering
Expertise in Automation and implementation of MES
Project management experience.
Advance automation skills
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Work with process and equipment engineers to integrate new and/or existing manufacturing equipment to retrieve data using MTC's standard equipment integration architecture and software such as Ignition and Kepware
Process Validation and computer software validation knowledge
Equipment Validation
