Job Title: Hardlines Zone Supervisor
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hardlines Zone Supervisor to join our team at Transformco. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results and store culture on the sales floor zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach teams to achieve sales volume, key driver, and profitability analyses, and performance targets
- Identify and solve business problems by analyzing information and developing approved solutions
- Provide a 'WOW' member experience through effective merchandising, process execution, and selling behaviors
- Partner with other Supervisors to ensure smooth handoffs and partnership across teams
- Manage the performance of the sales floor zone and support other sales zones as needed
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- 1-2 Years of Related Experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information and develop approved solutions
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office computer skills
Preferred Skills:
- Skill in selecting, assessing, coaching, and developing associates
About the Company:
Transformco is a leading retail company that values its employees and customers. We offer a competitive salary range of $100000$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and development.
