Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Professional to join our team at Buscojobs Puerto Rico. As a key member of our sales center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing their accounts, and identifying opportunities to offer insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective account management strategies
• Analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
• 24 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent customer service and account management skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
