Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager at Thrive Companies is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests while driving revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze financial data.

The Guest Experience Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff and chef partner relations, and work closely with the team of Assistant Guest Experience Managers to maintain a strong culture, quality training, and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations at Thrive Companies. Assure strong operations, cleanliness, team morale, and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
  2. Financial Management: Review monthly P&L statements. Complete and submit monthly expense reports.
  3. Team Leadership and Development: Coach, mentor, and strengthen team relationships.
  4. Chef Partner Relations: Help oversee and maintain strong chef partner relationships.
  5. Branding, Marketing, and Event Planning: Review the monthly social media strategy, and provide feedback on analytics and strategy success.

  2. TIPS Training - 3 hours
  3. Toast Guest Engagement Training - 45 minutes
  4. Toast Payments and Cash Training - 45 minutes
  5. Toast Labor Management Training - 1 hour
