Procurement Coordinator

Our company is seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to support our procurement process. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and services required for construction projects.

• Coordinate Purchase Orders: Process and manage purchase orders for materials and services, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Update purchase order, contract, and delivery records in our inventory management system, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supplier Management: Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to deliveries or invoices.
