**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks on the press according to MM best practices.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and local regulations.
  • Verify job jackets contain necessary specifications and are compatible with assigned production.
  • Ensure materials needed for printing are available in your work area.
  • Meet product specifications and quality requirements as requested by customers.
  • Conduct periodic checks on the team and production process to prevent errors and technical issues.
  • Perform necessary production sampling and include it in the job jacket.
  • Document manufacturing processes in log books and other required documents.
  • Provide support to Quality Inspectors during production reconciliation and waste tasks.
  • Clean and inspect the line at the end of each job.
  • Report mechanical failures and necessary repairs on press equipment.
  • Use safety equipment to prevent accidents.
  • Communicate specific equipment instructions and ongoing production information to colleagues during shift changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical grade.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as Printing, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Electronics industry.
  • Available language: Spanish; Read and understand English.
