Your role

Responsible for providing performs repairs that incorporates MM best practices. Adhere to all safety practices according to our procedures and local regulations.
You make necessary adjustments and preparations on the press according to the assigned production.
You verify that the job jackets contain the necessary specifications and are compatible with the job to be printed.
You ensure all materials needed for printing are available in your work area.
You need needs during the printing process, meet all product specifications and quality requirements as requested by the customer.
You conduct periodic checks on the team and production process to ensure there are no production errors and to prevent potential technical issues.
You perform necessary production sampling as established by quality procedures and include them in the job jacket.
You adhere to good documentation practices in the log book and other required documents while the manufacturing process is running.
You provide support to the Quality Inspector during production reconciliation and waste tasks.
You identify materials that do not meet customer requirements.
You clean and inspect the line at the end of each job.
You report mechanical failures and necessary repairs on the press equipment.
You use all safety equipment to prevent accidents.
You provide information to other colleagues during shift changes regarding specific equipment instructions and/or ongoing production.

Your Profile
You need High school diploma or technical grade,
You have minimum years (3) years of previous experience in a fast pace environment such as Printing, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or electronics industry
You need to have available Language: (Spanish), Read and understand English.
