Leasing Specialist

Job Summary

The Leasing Professional is responsible for executing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outreach and lead generation, converting leads into leases.
• Provide a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community.
• Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork.
• Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or sales and customer service.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Lease-Up or New Development experience preferred.
• Yardi or other property management software experience is preferred.

Benefits:

• Hourly: $16.00-$17.00.
