Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Metasys Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, and mail management systems.
  • Perform binding, finishing work, and copier maintenance to ensure equipment is working properly.
  • Manage office supplies, sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventories, calculate charges, and maintain billing logs.
  • Provide reception services, including directing visitors, answering calls, and coordinating service requests.
  • Perform light building maintenance, meeting room setups, and occasional cleaning duties.
  • Use various office equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, PC, and organizational skills.
  • Mathematical and filing skills; ability to use office machines and technical equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform tasks like standing, walking, and bending.
