Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and company filings.
  • Maintain legal files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist with legal research and gather relevant case or statutory information when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of legal processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the legal department as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) completed.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience as a Paralegal or in a legal environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with legal documentation and corporate legal processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Position Details:
  • This is a non-exempt, full-time position based in our San Juan office.
  • Competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $20 depending on experience.
  • Full benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
