Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading risk assessments, conducting safety audits, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead risk assessments for high-risk work, such as work from heights and excavation.
- Conduct regular safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs that include training, audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with project teams, site management, and local site EHS staff to identify hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related EH&S field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in managing safety activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
