Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing clients' financial situations, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing personalized financial strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' financial situations through a holistic approach, considering their life cycle stage, actual financial situation, and needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships of trust and loyalty with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer integrated advice and services.
  • Identify problems, analyze their causes, and solve them in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a concentration in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Planning, Risk Management, or Law.
  • Minimum two years of experience with financial products and services, insurance business, business development, taxes, laws, regulations, and state and/or federal regulations that govern the financial industry.
  • Preferably certified as a CFP, MBA, CPA, or JD.

  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • High level of organization to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and be flexible to change.
  • Task coordination and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
  • Writing skills and presentation creation.
  • Availability to attend activities, presentations, and other initiatives outside regular working hours.
