Key Responsibilities:- Review item forecasts for new, existing, and discontinued products to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with buyers and merchants to address supply chain disruptions and minimize customer delays.
- Develop aggregate level product forecasts and communicate inventory planning strategies to multiple departments.
- Utilize established demand planning tools to review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop forecast models.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ year experience in Purchasing, Demand Forecasting, or a related field.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and experience with AS400, SQL, and Access a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong numbers or math familiarity and a passion for working with numbers.
