We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Juan, PR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and resolving member inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members over the phone
- Schedule appointments with physicians or nurse practitioners

Requirements:
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
