About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Ojos Locos. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dish areas, floors, and storage spaces.
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food handler certification required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

The work environment at Ojos Locos is fast-paced and dynamic. As a Dishwasher, you will be exposed to a variety of kitchen equipment and chemicals. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
