Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stock Associate to join our team at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, NY. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to ANN INC. service standards.
  • Build relationships with clients, create client loyalty, and have the ability to multi-task while servicing internal and external clients.
  • Address client concerns, coming to resolution when possible, and involving management where appropriate.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards to store management.
  • Participate in and assist with the preparation for the store's inventory.
  • Follow all ANN INC. operational guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as assigned.
