Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our customer-facing project implementation team. As a Configuration Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding customer telemedicine workflow requirements and translating them into productized technical configurations within the eVisit platform.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of system features and capabilities to provide effective support to implementation teams.
- Configure the eVisit system to drive customer outcomes, adhering to user experience guidelines.
- Complete configuration requests according to customer contracts and project implementation plans.
- Regularly communicate anticipated project risks to project managers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for technical business areas, driving decisions related to system configuration and reporting.
- Track incoming requests and issue resolution through productivity monitoring tools.
- Assist in developing configuration standards and best practice guides.
- Create user documentation for customer-facing User Acceptance Testing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- SaaS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
