About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Perioperative Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient processing of medical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of medical instruments and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership to develop and implement instrument tracking systems
  • Provide technical support and training to sterile processing employees and operating room staff
  • Manage vendor relationships and instrument repair needs
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support departmental initiatives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • CRCST or CBSPD certification preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar programs
  • Experience with inventory management and data analysis
