Job Description

Mentor Technical Group, a global leader in life science engineering and technical solutions, seeks a skilled Pharmaceutical Instrumentation Technician to join their team. Our company provides technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate calibration systems and process tolerances to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage calibration programs using process instrumentation and calibration techniques.
  • Perform calibrations on critical equipment such as Bioreactors, Utilities, Formulation, and Aseptic Areas.
  • Use expertise in biotechnology to perform calibrations in a Pharmaceutical Industry environment.
  • Apply strong knowledge in tolerance calculation and assessment.
  • Utilize proficiency in Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal software to enhance calibration processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess an Associate degree in Instrumentation Engineering, AD, Instrumentation Technology, and/or Electronics.
  • Familiarity with cGMP principles and regulations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a dynamic environment with frequent exposure to varying weather conditions and mechanical parts.
  • Regularly required to use hands to operate equipment, tools, or controls.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and smell.
  • Occasional lifting and movement of up to 50 pounds may be required.
