Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Veracity. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with department quality assurance, Federal, State, and JCAHO Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
  • Fulfill all duties required by the department quality assurance, Federal, State, and JCAHO Standards
  • Administer intravenous medications to pediatric patients
  • Operate cameras and computers to capture high-quality images

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Nuclear Medicine training program
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience working with cameras/computers of the same manufacturer as those at our hospital
  • Infant through older adult nuclear medicine procedure experience
