EHS Professional

About the Role

Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC is seeking an EHS Professional to provide program-level governance support for various projects in the Manufacturing area. This role will be responsible for developing and presenting performance metrics, delivering safety presentations, and ensuring compliance with national statutory health and safety requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Science with 4+ years of experience in EHS activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• OSHA 30 hours certification, General or Construction Industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training, risk assessment, and MS Office (Excel and Word).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program level governance support to Project leaders.
• Develop and present performance metrics.
• Develop and deliver safety presentations.
• Assure compliance with national statutory health and safety requirements.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned across each project.
• Monitor leading and lagging indicators and escalate as necessary.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement safety initiatives.
