We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Professional to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding resident expectations, and driving community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address resident needs and provide personalized support
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive community engagement
  • Manage social media efforts to enhance resident experience
  • Negotiate lease renewals and resolve resident concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales and customer service experience
  • Prior leasing experience a plus
  • Comfortable with social media and marketing
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
