Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals
- Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including family-based petitions and humanitarian applications
- Collaborate with our Immigration Team to develop and implement effective legal strategies
- Provide expert advice to clients on immigration law and procedures
- Develop and prepare legal briefs for various immigration cases
- 5-8 years of experience in immigration law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
